以下の2商品は、糸の縫製のほつれや、生地の汚れが目立つとのことです。これら2商品は未使用です。

また、これらの商品を返品したいのですが、受け付けてくれますか？
3商品のアメリカまでの返送料は11,800円（147ドルほど）かかる見込みです。

Last week, our customer returned comforter.
According to the customer, down comes out from the sewing while using it.
Below 2 items have frays of thread and outstanding stains on fabric. These 2 items are unused.
Please refer to the photos of each parts with issues.
Also, will you accept return of these item?
Return shipping cost to U.S. for 3 items will roughly cost 11,800 JPY (about $147).

The customer said down keeps coming out of the seam while the following product is in use.
The following two products have raveled sewing thread and stained fabric. These have not been used.
