先週、お客さんから掛け布団の返品がありました。

以下の商品は使用している最中に、ダウンが縫製の部分からどんどん外に出てきてしまうとのことです。


以下の2商品は、糸の縫製のほつれや、生地の汚れが目立つとのことです。これら2商品は未使用です。


それぞれ問題箇所の写真を添付するので見て下さい。

また、これらの商品を返品したいのですが、受け付けてくれますか？
3商品のアメリカまでの返送料は11,800円（147ドルほど）かかる見込みです。
送料は貴社で払ってもらえますか？

Comforters were returned from a customer last week.

The customer said down keeps coming out of the seam while the following product is in use.

The following two products have raveled sewing thread and stained fabric. These have not been used.
