クライアントの数が他と比較して非常に多いので、作業に時間がかかるため、報酬金額が他社よりも高くなっています。但し、以下の5点にについて協力をしてもらえば報酬を安くすることができます。
以前はAさんがB社の担当でしたが、現在のB社の担当はBさんとCさんです。今後何かありましたらAさんではなく、BさんとCさんに連絡してほしい。
Bさんは昨年香港オフィスに駐在していました。
7月1日は別のスケジュールが入っており、会議に出席するのは難しいです。

As the number of the client is much larger in comparison to other and it takes time, the remuneration is higher than other companies. However, if you are cooperative in the 5 points listed below, we can make the remuneration lower.
A was in charge of B before, but B and C are in charge now.
If you have a question, please contact not A but B and C.
B was working in the office in Hong Kong last year.
We have another schedule on July 1st, and it will be difficult for us to attend the meeting.
