Let me explain the difference between Nokoru and Amaru. "Nokoru" means what's left after something is taken or used. For example, "I ate 8 muffins out of 10 muffins, so there are 2 left."

"Amaru" means extra, too many. Too many so it cannot be used up. For example "I was going to make 10 muffins but I made 12 muffins, so there are extra 2 pieces."

Does that make sense?

Thank you so much for getting Summer Sonic tickets! It's my first time and I'm excited!

I don't know why, but these days I get bad acne.
Maybe I'm lacking vitamin----.

I will explain the difference between "remain" and "surplus". "Remain" is the state where something is still there after taken away of used. For example, "There were 10 muffins. After I ate 8, 2 remained."

"Surplus" means there are so many that it yields surplus. It means that something is left because it could not be used. For example, "I was going to make 10 muffins, but I made 12 and 2 was surplus."

I wonder if you understand my explanation.

Thank you very much for taking the ticket of Summer Sonic! I'm excited because this is my first time!

I have a lot of pimples recently, I do not know why.
I wonder it is because of vitamin-insufficiency.

I will explain you the difference between 残る and 余る. 残るmeans that if something was removed or used, something, a part of it still remains. For example: "10個入りのマフィンを、8個食べたので2個残った" Out of 10 muffins, I ate 8, so 2 remain.

余る means that there has is an overabundance of something and something remains in excess. It was used, however there's still plenty of it. For example: "10個マフィン作ろうと思ったのに、12個作ってしまい2個余った" I wanted to make 10 muffins, but I made 12 and 2 are left untouched.

Is this explanation enough?

Thank you very much for taking the tickets for Summersonic. I am so excited because it's the first time I am going.

I don't know why, but recently I have so many pimples.
Perhaps it's lack of vitamines.
