私自身は日本在住なので、ペイパルの住所登録は『日本の住所で登録』という事になります。それは絶対に変更できません。その作業自体は可能ですが（アメリカ国内の）転送会社の住所に登録変更すると、送金できない状態になります。私が貴方からの『登録変更の申し出』を飲まないのは、それが根拠です。また私は『日本への送料を教えて下さい』とは訊ねましたが、『日本直送のrivised invoiceを発行＆確定して下さい』とは一言も申し上げてませんよ。基本的に『転送会社に発送して貰う』方針なので。

Since I've been living in Japan, I'll register my Japanese address on Paypal. I definitely cannot change it. I can do it, but if I change my registered address from Japan to the address of the forwarding company in U.S, I won't be able to make a remittance. This is why I don't accept "your changing registration request". And also, I asked to tell me "shipping fee to Japan", but I've never said a word requesting to "issue revised invoice to deliver straight to Japan and confirm it". That's because my basic policy is to ask "forwarding company to ship".

I myself live in Japan so my registered address in PayPal will be "registered address in Japan". It can never be changed. That work is possible but when changing the address to (U.S.) forwarding company, you will not be able to pay. The reason I don't agree to "change registration" is because of that. Also, I asked "please let me know the shipping cost to Japan", but I didn't say "please issue and confirm revised invoice for direct shipment to Japan". Basically my policy is to "have it sent to the forwarding company".
