そうしたところ、税関で保留されており、御社には税金の支払い通知書が届いているそうです。また督促状も届いており、御社がその支払いを行って頂ければ、商品はすぐに受け取れるそうです。先日あなた方は、通知がこないので受け取れないと言いましたが、少し話が食い違っております。
すでにひと月以上が経過していますので、私のストレスを汲み取った上で、素早く対応して頂けると嬉しいです。

Good day!
I asked the post office to search by using the tracking number of this item a few days ago. Then I found that the item was held at the customs. They said that you must have received the notification about payment of tax and also the dunning letter. If you pay for it, you can receive the item immediately. A few days ago you said that you could not receive the item since you had not received the notification. It is different from what the post office said.
As more than 1 month has already passed, I would be glad if you handle it immediately by understanding the stress I feel.
