平成24年7月9日に外国人登録法が廃止されたことに伴い，特別永住者の方にはこれまでの「外国人登録証明書」にかわり「特別永住者証明書」が交付されることとなりました。
お持ちの「外国人登録証明書」については一定期間，「特別永住者証明書」とみなされます。
