設備や治工具が故障した時、自分で直せるので上司に連絡せずに自分で修理した。
測定のバラツキによって良品を不良品と誤判定したときはお客様迷惑に、不良品を良品と判定した時は会社の利益損失となる。
“身体の行動”と“頭で考えて声を出す”の２つを同時に行うことで意識が覚醒されて、効果は倍増する。

The basics of product measurement
Manufacturing Denso Way is quality to be particular about, delivery date to keep by all means, steady improvement, human and environmental conservation, and all the members participation. Also, it is a purpose to strengthen a base of the manufacturing as a common idea of the Denso group.
When facilities or Jig tools broke down, we repaired it by ourselves without contacting our boss because we could repair it by ourselves.
When a good product is misjudged as a defective product, it becomes a problem to the customer. When a defective product is judged as a good product, it becomes the profit loss of the company.
Consciousness is awakened and effectiveness become doubles by doing both "physical action" and " think with a head and speak aloud" at the same time.

The policy of Denso in manufacturing the items is the quality they put strong emphasis on, punctuality in delivery, constant improvement, human beings & preservation of environment, and participation by all the staff. The ideal shared by companies in the Denso Group is to consolidate the basic in manufacturing the items.
As I can repair when the facilities and equipment are broken, I repaired them without reporting to my boss.
When an item without defect is judged to be defective by mistake subject to the difference in its measuring, it causes the customers an inconvenience.
When an item with defect is decided to be the one without defect, it loses the profit of the company. "Acting by using the body" and "uttering by racking the brain" at the same time make us feel conscious and the effect is double.

the way of craftsmanship DＥＮＳＯ is Picky quality , protect the delivery time, keeping improve , human resources and environmental conservation ,full participation.

when equipment or tool was broken, we could fix it so did not ask immediate boss.
this is a troubling customer if we judged as defective product because of vary of measuring. this is company's loosing benefit if we judged a defective product as Non- defective product.
