The item I ordered at other shop was cancelled after making payment. The person in charge did not understand so I filed a complaint. Is there any problem with it?

The product I have received didn't come with the key. The machine doesn't start without it. Please could you send the key immediately?
The product was sent with an imperfect condition although I have asked that the product to be inspected before its shipment.
I hope the situation would be improved.
It would be nice if you could let me know if I should request a claim for this matter.
