送られてきた商品に鍵が入っていませんでした。すぐに送ってください。
鍵がないとマシンが動きません。
送る時に検品するようにお願いをしておりましたが、不足した状態で送られてきました。
改善してください。
こちらもクレーム申請した方がよろしいのでしょうか？

他で注文した商品は決済完了後にキャンセルしましました。担当された方が理解されなかったためクレームとして申請しました。何か問題がありますか？

The product I have received didn't come with the key. The machine doesn't start without it. Please could you send the key immediately?
The product was sent with an imperfect condition although I have asked that the product to be inspected before its shipment.
I hope the situation would be improved.
It would be nice if you could let me know if I should request a claim for this matter.

I also bought the other item and cancelled the order after the payment. Then I requested a claim for this item because the person in charge couldn't understand my complaint. Could you let me know if there is any problem about that.
