鍵がないとマシンが動きません。
送る時に検品するようにお願いをしておりましたが、不足した状態で送られてきました。
改善してください。
こちらもクレーム申請した方がよろしいのでしょうか？

他で注文した商品は決済完了後にキャンセルしましました。担当された方が理解されなかったためクレームとして申請しました。何か問題がありますか？

I cancelled all of the other orders after I completed the payments. I wrote it down as a complaint due to the person in charge not understanding my needs. Do you have a problem with it?
