表準作業
現状作業のやり方を“表（オモテ）”にすることを意味する。
作業方法・時間等を明らかにし問題点を洗い出す改革の第一歩である。
これをもとに改革をし、標準作業を設定することになる。
一度設定した標準作業に問題点があれば再び表準作業を繰り返す。
標準作業
規則正しく造ることを意味する。
つまり、標準作業とはこの要求を満たし “よい物を、一定コストで、確実に造る“ ことを実現するための手段といえる。
クレームにはならなかったが、社内の当事者はヒヤッとしたことのある小さな失敗。
