昨日、「利用しているアメリカの転送会社」より、商品が到着して、本日確認をしたのですが、対象の商品が壊れた状態となっていました。
壊れていた箇所は「商品上部の蓋」で、電源コードを挿した後、開閉ボタンを押して、プレイヤーの蓋を開けようとした所、何度押しても自動で開かず、手で補助したところ(力は勿論加えておりません)、正面から左の結合部分が破損しており、それ以来きちんと閉まらず、ズレた状態のままとなっております。

I have confirmed the item today which sent by "Forwarding company in the United States which I use normally" yesterday. The objective item is in a broken state.
The broken part is the"Lid in the upper part of the item". After plugging in the cord, I pushed open close button to open the player's lid and realized it did not open automatically so I needed to open with my hand(I definitely did not open forcefully), left connecting part is damaged when you look at it from the front and it hasn't closed properly since.

I have received the item from “forwarding company in the US” yesterday. As I confirmed the content, I found that the item was damaged.
The damaged part was “cover on top of the item”. The open/close cover didn’t work automatically with button with electric plug in. As I tried to make it work with my hand (of course no force is added at all), I found that the left connected side (from the face) was damaged and it does not even closed properly since then, remaining out of alignment.

The product arrived yesterday from "利用しているアメリカの転送会社", and I checked the content today to find out that the item in subject has been damaged.

After its power cable was inserted, I tried to open the lid several times by pressing on it, but it did not open automatically so I tried to open the lid with the support of my hand instead (I did not press it with force, that is for sure). Then, I found that the joint on the left that connects the player base and its lid seems to have been damaged, and I have not been able to close the lid ever since. The lid is slipped out of place now.
