Additional info: ebayから購入した商品が壊れていた為、paypalに異議申し立てをする内容です。

昨日、「利用しているアメリカの転送会社」より、商品が到着して、本日確認をしたのですが、対象の商品が壊れた状態となっていました。

壊れていた箇所は「商品上部の蓋」で、電源コードを挿した後、開閉ボタンを押して、プレイヤーの蓋を開けようとした所、何度押しても自動で開かず、手で補助したところ(力は勿論加えておりません)、正面から左の結合部分が破損しており、それ以来きちんと閉まらず、ズレた状態のままとなっております。

The product arrived yesterday from "利用しているアメリカの転送会社", and I checked the content today to find out that the item in subject has been damaged.

The damaged part is "a lid in the top of the item". After its power cable was inserted, I tried to open the lid several times by pressing on it, but it did not open automatically so I tried to open the lid with the support of my hand instead (I did not press it with force, that is for sure). Then, I found that the joint on the left that connects the player base and its lid seems to have been damaged, and I have not been able to close the lid ever since. The lid is slipped out of place now.
