Additional info: ebayから購入した商品が壊れていた為、paypalに異議申し立てをする内容です。

昨日、「利用しているアメリカの転送会社」より、商品が到着して、本日確認をしたのですが、対象の商品が壊れた状態となっていました。

壊れていた箇所は「商品上部の蓋」で、電源コードを挿した後、開閉ボタンを押して、プレイヤーの蓋を開けようとした所、何度押しても自動で開かず、手で補助したところ(力は勿論加えておりません)、正面から左の結合部分が破損しており、それ以来きちんと閉まらず、ズレた状態のままとなっております。

I have received the item from “forwarding company in the US” yesterday. As I confirmed the content, I found that the item was damaged.

The damaged part was “cover on top of the item”. The open/close cover didn’t work automatically with button with electric plug in. As I tried to make it work with my hand (of course no force is added at all), I found that the left connected side (from the face) was damaged and it does not even closed properly since then, remaining out of alignment.
