なぜですか？

私は真面目にebayを運営しています。
理由をお聞かせください。

Recently I have received a negative feedback from a buyer.
Though after discussing this with the buyer, the problem has been solved successfully.
You can understand this if you see the message from the buyer.
This buyer told me that they contacted eBay, but it still is not possible to delete the evaluation.
I wonder why.
Also, it is not possible even send a request for a change.
I am dealing with eBay sincerely.
Please let me know the reason why.
Both my buyer and I are having hard time for this matter.
