1. Japan Post informed me of the arrival of the item at your end. Please repay me $500 I refunded to you for your claim of non-receipt of the item. I would appreciate if you could get back to me ASAP.
2. We confirmed the inventory of ●●. Would you please e-mail me the image of the item's content I sent you because I would like to confirm the missing parts? I would imagine that the parts got missing as the package was opened at the customs. I am very sorry to hear that.
