Additional info: 1はebayで商品が未着ということで返金処理したのですが、追跡番号から商品が届いたことが確認できたのでお金を払ってほしい旨を伝えたいです。
2は商品を送ったのですが、パーツが足りないと連絡があったので足りないパーツを確認して送りたいと伝えたいです。よろしくお願いします。
