I bought your item for my client, but my client was disappointed on the condition of your item and he said he will never order me to the substitute-purchase. So it does me no good to ship the alternative item. I don't need it anymore . Like my Japanese clinet doesn't trust me anymore, I can't trust you.

I am a agent for bidding an international product in Japan.
I won the bid of your product for my client by deputy. My clients saw the product condition and was disappointed, and he/she says he/she will not ask me to purchase by deputy.
