私は、私の顧客の為に君の商品を代理で落札した。商品の状態を見た私の顧客は失望して、もう私には代理購入を頼まないと言っている。だから変わりの商品を送ってこられても困る。君の商品はもう必要ない。日本の顧客が私を信用しなくなったように、私もあなたを信用できなくなった。
返品するので返金をしてくれ。

I won the bid of your product for my client by deputy. My clients saw the product condition and was disappointed, and he/she says he/she will not ask me to purchase by deputy. So I will get in a bind if you send me the replacement. I don't need your product anymore. As Japanese clients doesn't trust you, I don't trust you.
