I won the bid of your product for my client by deputy. My clients saw the product condition and was disappointed, and he/she says he/she will not ask me to purchase by deputy. So I will get in a bind if you send me the replacement. I don't need your product anymore. As Japanese clients doesn't trust you, I don't trust you.
