Since a cardboard box has a dent, I guess that the breakage has got worse during transport to Japan.
If you agree with that, could you make a claim against DHL?

Was this doll broken before the shipping? I found some dents on the cardboard box, so I suppose that it got serious damage during the shipping. If so, could you make a complaint to DHL, please?

Do you think this figure was so damaged when you shipped it to me? The package cardboard has a dint on it, so I wonder the damage became more serious during shipping to Japan. If you agree with me, would you please make a claim for it to DHL?

Was the figure badly damaged before you sent it? I could see a dent on the cart box. I think the figure got damaged during the transit. If so, please file a complaint to DHL.
