発送する前から、このフィギュアは、こんなに壊れていましたか？段ボールに凹みもあるので、日本へ送る途中で破損が大きくなったのではないかと思います。もし、そうならDHLへクレームを申し立てていただけますか。

Was this doll broken before the shipping? I found some dents on the cardboard box, so I suppose that it got serious damage during the shipping. If so, could you make a complaint to DHL, please?

Additional info: アメリカの転送業者を使い、陶磁器の人形を送ってもらいました。転送業者到着時も少し壊れていたようなのですが、思った以上にダメージが大きいため、画像を送り確認していただくメールです。
