発送する前から、このフィギュアは、こんなに壊れていましたか？段ボールに凹みもあるので、日本へ送る途中で破損が大きくなったのではないかと思います。もし、そうならDHLへクレームを申し立てていただけますか。

Was the figure badly damaged before you sent it? I could see a dent on the cart box. I think the figure got damaged during the transit. If so, please file a complaint to DHL.

Additional info: アメリカの転送業者を使い、陶磁器の人形を送ってもらいました。転送業者到着時も少し壊れていたようなのですが、思った以上にダメージが大きいため、画像を送り確認していただくメールです。
