前回、MYUSから日本に送ってもらったとき、６個の品物のうち５個が壊れていました。とても悲しかったです(DHLが悪いです)。私はMYUSの皆さんを信頼しています。MYUSがとても大好きです。どの品物も大切なものなので、丁寧に頑丈に梱包してください。

Last time, 5 items out of 6 items that were sent to me in Japan by MYUS have been broken. It made me really sad (It was DHL's fault.) I do trust everyone at MYUS, and I really love MYUS. I'd like to ask you a favor though, to please carefully pack every item in sturdy package because every item counts…and it’s sad to know that important items end up broken this way. I am hoping for your kind consideration.

At the last time, when MYUS sent to Japan, 5 pieces out of 6 were broken. I was very sad (DHL was poor). I trust MYUS all. I like MYUS so much. Every items are precious for me, so please pack it kindly and firmly.

Last time when you sent a package to me in Japan, I found five out of six items inside it were damaged. I was very shocked. Responsibility, I think, is DHL's. I trust and like MYUS very much. The items I order are all very precious for me, so please make careful and robust packaging every time.

The last time, I had MYUS send from Japan, but 5 of my 6 items were broken. I was so disapponted. (That's DHL's fault.) I trust on everyone in MYUS and I am very fond of . All of these items are precious for me, please bale up sturdily.
