前回、MYUSから日本に送ってもらったとき、６個の品物のうち５個が壊れていました。とても悲しかったです(DHLが悪いです)。私はMYUSの皆さんを信頼しています。MYUSがとても大好きです。どの品物も大切なものなので、丁寧に頑丈に梱包してください。
お願い致します。

Last time, 5 items out of 6 items that were sent to me in Japan by MYUS have been broken. It made me really sad (It was DHL's fault.) I do trust everyone at MYUS, and I really love MYUS. I'd like to ask you a favor though, to please carefully pack every item in sturdy package because every item counts…and it’s sad to know that important items end up broken this way. I am hoping for your kind consideration.
