There was no big difference between product feedbacks.
Added to accurate answer by delivery SE, I has strong intention to actively lead the proposal and this was the main point of selection.
All O could do was to adjust SE to be actually in charge of delivery. Although given a chance to reschedule, there was not much time left before construction starting date and O failed to meet the requirements.
Thinking ahead of customer requests and competitor's proposal method and making proposals in advance

The reputation for each products is not so difference.
I got the first prior point in the selection as they did accurate answer for delivery SE and had so strong motivation for leading the proposal positively.
O could only coordinate SE that will correspond the actual delivery works at most.
They were given one more chance to re-try,but they could not response for the ask
because starting date to structure was coming to close.
To do the proposal at forward stance with prospect for rival's approaching and client's request.
To input the information directly to BU relative staff too, and ask a support.
