バイヤーも認めている様に郵便の問題ではあるが(バイヤー側の郵便局員のミスだと思う)、その後に私は全額返金をして別商品を値下げして販売する事も提案したが、評価の変更はしてくれていない

Last time, I emailed about my complaint about the evaluation the buyer had left.
Although it is a postal problem as also recognized by the buyer (I think it is a mistake of postal worker of buyer's side). After that, however, I suggested that I give a full refund and sell another item at reduced price. However, the buyer hasn't changed the evaluation.
I'm sorry that I always ask you for an investigation and ask you many questions. Please continue handling this case as well.

I sent an email regarding my dissatisfaction on the rating that the buyer left.
The buyer also seems to acknowledge the problem with the post office ( a miss by the post office staff from the buyer's side). I also proposed to issue a full refund and sell a different product with a lowered price, but he did not change the rating.
