いつもお世話になります
前回、私はバイヤーが残した評価に不満があるとメールした
バイヤーも認めている様に郵便の問題ではあるが(バイヤー側の郵便局員のミスだと思う)、その後に私は全額返金をして別商品を値下げして販売する事も提案したが、評価の変更はしてくれていない
いつも調査を依頼したり、問い合わせが多くて申し訳ないが今回の件も引き続き宜しく

I sent an email regarding my dissatisfaction on the rating that the buyer left.
The buyer also seems to acknowledge the problem with the post office ( a miss by the post office staff from the buyer's side). I also proposed to issue a full refund and sell a different product with a lowered price, but he did not change the rating.
I am very sorry for having a lot of inquiries and always requesting for investigations, but please kindly support this matter as well.
