前回、私はバイヤーが残した評価に不満があるとメールした
バイヤーも認めている様に郵便の問題ではあるが(バイヤー側の郵便局員のミスだと思う)、その後に私は全額返金をして別商品を値下げして販売する事も提案したが、評価の変更はしてくれていない
いつも調査を依頼したり、問い合わせが多くて申し訳ないが今回の件も引き続き宜しく

Last time I sent an e-mail insisting that I was not satisfied with the rating that the buyer made.
As the buyer understands, it is a problem caused by the post office(it must be a mistake made by a mail delivery person in the post office at the buyer's side). After that, I suggested refunding by whole amount and selling a different item by discounting, but you have not changed my rating.
