通常弊社では、ドイツ国内以外への配送は、書留・保証をつけるために、送料を頂いておりますが、

Apart from shipping within German, we normally charge a shipping fee in order to register and add warranty. However, the price of the product is low. How about we will charge you 3 euros for only registered mail to ship your product?
When we receive an approval from you, we will refund the 32 euros and ship the product.

Normally, for shipping outside Germany, we charge for the shipping fee in order to ship items as a registered mail with insurance. However since the item is inexpensive, I would ask you to pay 3 Euros for the registered mail to ship the item. How does this sound to you?
If you accept my proposal, I would like to repay you 32 Euros and ship the item.

We usually charge the shipping charge to customers when we send the items to places out of Germany to guarantee the registered mail.
However, as the item is inexpensive, we are going to send the item by charging only 3 Euros as the fee of the registered mail? Do you agree to it?
