商品が安価ですので、書留代金の3ユーロだけ頂いて、商品を配送しようと思いますが、いかがでしょうか？
ご了承頂けましたら、32ユーロをご返金して、発送したいと思います。

Apart from shipping within German, we normally charge a shipping fee in order to register and add warranty. However, the price of the product is low. How about we will charge you 3 euros for only registered mail to ship your product?
When we receive an approval from you, we will refund the 32 euros and ship the product.
