顧客は商品のバッテリーが届いていないと言っているがこれは間違いです
バッテリーは商品に装着して送っています
1月2日に顧客から連絡を受けた時も上記の旨を書いたメッセージを送ったが「AA」と表示されメッセージを送ることが出来なかった
また昨日も同様にメッセージを送ろうとしたが送ることが出来なかった
私に出来る事は全てやっていますしこのA-to-Z claims は極めて不当です
この件に付いて顧客に連絡を取ってもらえますか?

My customer claimed that the battery did not arrive, but this claim is incorrect.
I sent the product with the battery attached to it.
I sent the above message to the customer when I received this claim on 2 January, but "AA" was shown and the message could not be sent.
Also, I tried to send a message again yesterday but failed.
I did all I could, and this A-to-Z claims case is extremely unfair.
Could you contact the customer regarding this matter?

The customer claimed that the battery of the item was not delivered, but this is wrong.
Battery had been mounted on the item before sending.
I sent a message to the customer when I was contacted on January 2nd stating the above, but "AA" appeared and I could not send the message. Also yesterday I tried to send message the same way but failed.
I did all I could do, and A-to-Z claims is so unjustified.
Will you contact this customer regarding this case/
