I would imagine it was unclear to you because I did not show you the dress code description.
As for shoes, the rule is to not wearing sneakers during the possible business hours and other times including commuting time and transfer during lunch break, and other occasions where you might be seen by customers.
Nowadays, more people tend to wear sneakers for commuting, and their designs are more business like, so they shouldn't be a problem as long as they are not too casual. However I wanted to reach you because I received a reminder from another employee this time.
As I did not show you the rules of the outfit by sentence, it must have been hard for you to understand.
Regarding the shoes, we have a rule that we are not allowed to wear the sneaker when customers tend to see us including the work hour such as commuting and when we go out for lunch.
Recently many business people wear the sneaker in commuting, and the shoes with the design for business people are sold. For this reason, it is not a problem if it is not too casual. I contact you time as one of the employees indicated.
In the near future, I'm thinking of documenting the rules after discussing with ** and other employees. Although, clothing largely depends on one's feelings, so I think the rule may inevitably be a vague one.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
In the future, I will discuss with ** and other employees to document the rule. Nevertheless, one's outfit pretty much depends on personal taste, so I cannot help but it will be pretty vague.
Please get back to me if any.
It is subtle if you wear the high-heeled.
But I say it OK anyway.
By for now,I'll make the rules documented with talking with ** and other employees.
Although, about clothes,it depends on each sense very much,so the rules may have to become pretty vague.
If you have some questions, please let me know them.
