服装についてのルールを文章でお見せしていないので分かりづらかったと思います。
靴については通勤中やランチの移動時間など、勤務中を含めお客様の目にとまる可能性がある時間はスニーカーは履かないようにというルールにしています。
最近は通勤中にスニーカーを履くビジネスパーソンは多く、デザインもビジネス向けのものが販売されているので、あまりカジュアルなものでなければ通常は問題にしないのですが、今回は他の従業員から指摘があったので連絡をしました。

As for shoes, the rule is to not wearing sneakers during the possible business hours and other times including commuting time and transfer during lunch break, and other occasions where you might be seen by customers.
Nowadays, more people tend to wear sneakers for commuting, and their designs are more business like, so they shouldn't be a problem as long as they are not too casual. However I wanted to reach you because I received a reminder from another employee this time.
送って貰った画像の靴ですが、サンダルはデスクに居る時に履くのなら構いません。ハイヒールは・・・微妙ですね・・・取りあえずＯＫと言っておきます。
今後、＊＊さんや他の社員の人とも話をしてルールを文章化しようと思います。とは言え、服装は感覚の部分が非常に大きいのでかなり漠然としたものにならざるを得ないかと思いますが。

Regarding the shoes in the image you've sent me, sandals are OK if you're going to wear them at your desk. High heels are...difficult to tell...I will say they are OK at the moment.
In the near future, I'm thinking of documenting the rules after discussing with ＊＊ and other employees. Although, clothing largely depends on one's feelings, so I think the rule may inevitably be a vague one.
