I have been urging to Japan Post over time as I would like to know the result, but Japan Post has been responding that "Reply from Royal Post hasn't arrived yet."

Actually, I want to know it as soon as possible too, so I have been asking it for a post office in Japan many times.
However, they always answered that they had no idea due to no response from a post office in England.
I am very sorry, but could you please wait for while?
