Please reject the item to receive if it is arrived at your side. In this case, you won't be charged.
If you accept to receive it, please note that I have to ask you to return the item to my address in the US and to charge the return fee to you.
As I informed you before dispatch, the item you ordered was shipped after I put the lithium ion battery inside of the device according to the regulation of international airfreight.
Please refer to the image. I marked the battery in the red frame ① in the image. I put the battery in the part marked in the red frame ②.
Please check it again and let me know.
