Due to the shipping disorder at the end of last year, I apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused to you and Amazon.
Since after the increase of our headcount and the change of the shipping environment, we have been able to ship items to our customers without any issues. I was wondering if I could possibly ask you for reinstating my selling privileges at Amazon?

We are very sorry for this inconvenience caused due to the confusion of the shipping in the end of the year.
We have been shipping item to the customers without any problems after we gained more workers and changed shipping environment.
