アメリカ国内に入ったらMPSAが配達業務を引き継ぎます。
発送完了後、問合せ番号をご連絡いたしますので、あまりにも商品が届かない場合は最寄りのMPSAまでお問合せいただければと思います。

I am contacting you because the address where the parcel is to be sent is in a rather unusual area.
I am not able to use an express service to send the parcel to this area. This is the area where it takes about 10 days to 30 days for a parcel to arrive.
It will be considered a military parcel, so the custom clearance will be expected to be tighter than usual and it might take longer than it should.
Once in the U.S., MPSA will continue with the delivery of the parcel.
After the parcel is shipped out, I will contact you with the inquiry number. If you do not receive the parcel after the said period, please contact the nearest MPSA on your end.

As they are military related goods, they will be checked strictly at customs, and it may take a little more time.
Once in the United States MPSA will take over the delivery business.
