すみません！数字を間違えてインボイスを送ってしまいました。
今外出中なので、家に着いたら送料5ドルにしたインボイスを再送します。
私のebay設定を確認してみましたが、同じバイヤー様から２つまでしか入札を受け入れないという設定にはしていません。というか、そんな設定項目があるのかもわからないのですが…。
私以外のセラーからは3つ以上の商品にも入札できますか？
現状ではどうしてこのようになっているのかわからない状況です。
改善する努力は続けておりますので、どうぞご理解の程お願いします。

Sorry but I sent the invoice with the wrong number.
Since I am outside now, I’ll send you again the invoice with delivery fees of 5 dollars once I get home.
I verified my eBay settings and I didn’t set it such as the same buyer can only bid on 2 items.
I don’t even know if there is such a setting.
Can you bid on more than 3 products from other sellers than me?
I don’t know why the current situation is like that.
I am keeping doing efforts so that it gets improved so I hope you can understand.

I am currently outside so I'll resend the invoice, which has the shipping charge set at $5, once I get home.
I tried to confirm my eBay setup, but I did not set it to only accept 2 bids for the same buyer. And I was not aware that there is such a setup section...
Aside from myself, are there any other sellers who can bid on more than 3 products?
