There was no crack on the razor handle at the time of shipment from my end.
Order razors with a plastic handle gets often broken. I were to repair it, I would disassemble the handle and connect it with glue for plastics then rub it with a sand paper.
However, I can understand your disappointment too, so I would waive the shipping fee of your next order from me.
Also, please allow me to inform you that I have received the same brand's razor.

Plastic grips, with old razors in particular, tend to get broken. If I fixed them, I took the grips apart and then glue them together with the glue for plastic and sandpaper them.
