There were multiple requests for a refund coming from the buyer. I have taken appropriate steps for issuing a refund of the product and Amazon has informed me that the refund process is supposedly in progress on multiple occasions, but the buyer claims that he has not receive the refund.

I have replied that the refund has already been adequately processed, however, the buyer has been telling me he/she hasn't received the refund yet . I have received an information from Amazon that the refund has already processed, and also in my admin page I can see it is already completed.
Could you check again and explain about this matter to the buyer? The refund is rather large amount of money (720.44USD), so if the buyer hasn't received the refund yet I understand his/her concern.
