購入者から返金依頼のメッセージが何度も来ています。私はこの商品について適切に返金手続きを行い、アマゾンからもすでに返金処理が行われているはずだと何度か伝えましたが、購入者は返金を受けていないと主張しています。
私はアマゾンから返金処理開始のメールを受け取っており、管理画面でも返金処理がされたことが確認できます。
この件について一度調べて購入者に説明して頂けますか?比較的高額(720.44USD)なので、もし本当に購入者が返金を受けていないのであれば心配なのは理解できます。
Message of refund request from a buyer has come many times. I had carried out refund procedures properly for this product, and told him/her many times that Amazon should have already processed the refund, but the buyer insists that he/she have not received the refund.
I have received an email saying that refund process has started from Amazon, and I can see the refund process has done in my management screen.
Could you please explain to the buyer about this matter after checking? I understand the buyer's worry if he/she has really not received the refund, because it is relatively expensive (US$720.44).
