購入者から返金依頼のメッセージが何度も来ています。私はこの商品について適切に返金手続きを行い、アマゾンからもすでに返金処理が行われているはずだと何度か伝えましたが、購入者は返金を受けていないと主張しています。
私はアマゾンから返金処理開始のメールを受け取っており、管理画面でも返金処理がされたことが確認できます。
この件について一度調べて購入者に説明して頂けますか?比較的高額(720.44USD)なので、もし本当に購入者が返金を受けていないのであれば心配なのは理解できます。

I have replied that the refund has already been adequately processed, however, the buyer has been telling me he/she hasn't received the refund yet . I have received an information from Amazon that the refund has already processed, and also in my admin page I can see it is already completed.
Could you check again and explain about this matter to the buyer? The refund is rather large amount of money (720.44USD), so if the buyer hasn't received the refund yet I understand his/her concern.
