発送前の最終確認時はケースの損傷は無かったので、一部返金やケースの交換をご希望でしたらお客様からお近くの郵便局にダメージレポートを出して頂かないとこちらも動くことは出来ません。商品到着からダメージリポートを出すまで時間がかかると受付をしてくれない場合があるのでなるべく早く申請して頂きたいです。あなたはどうすることをご希望ですか？また、壊れてる部分の写真をください。その写真がないとメーカー、日本郵便にも私どもも言えないのでこの問題に対して動くことができません。
