11月に入ってからamazon EUのセラーアカウントにログインできなくなった。
IDもPWも変更した覚えはない。私のセラーアカウントはサスペンドされているが、購入者の問い合わせの対応はしなければならない。資金もホールドされたままである。
しかし、メールなども一切こなくなり、どうなっているのか全くわからない状況である。どうしたらログインできるようになるのか。
