11月に入ってからamazon EUのセラーアカウントにログインできなくなった。
IDもPWも変更した覚えはない。私のセラーアカウントはサスペンドされているが、購入者の問い合わせの対応はしなければならない。資金もホールドされたままである。
しかし、メールなども一切こなくなり、どうなっているのか全くわからない状況である。どうしたらログインできるようになるのか。
一度メールしたが、全く連絡が来ない。
Since November, I have not been able to log in Amazon EU Seller account.
I don't recall if I changed my ID or password. My seller account has been suspended, but I would still need to take care of the buyers inquiries. My fund has been put on hold, as well.
Nevertheless, I no longer receive a single e-mail and have no idea of the current status at all. How could I be able to log in again?
I sent an e-mail once, but no response.
