About those batteries I ordered from you, one of the total 7 pieces has arrived. However, the item has many noticeable scratches and is far from brand new. If the remaining 6 pieces arrived in the same condition, I will open a case and ask for a refund.

I have received 1 battery out of 7 that I had ordered. However, there are visible scratches on it and it cannot be 'brand new' condition.
