I purchased this saxophone because I trusted the description you listed on the auction. However, the actual saxophone is heavily damaged. It was nothing like your listing description.

However, the refund amt is short of 158 dollars from the 3,658 dollars that I paid at first.
I bought this saxophone believing to the description you wrote at your auction exhibition. But there was lot of difference in the actual and the one you wrote. The real saxophone was terribly broken.

I have already lost the return shipping fee and custom fee.
This loss would not have been caused if you addressed the broken condition correctly without making false statement because I would have never bid for the broken saxophone.
I am not asking for the return shipping charge, however, I strongly demand to refund me the entire purchased amount of $3658.
This demand is normal standard in this industry.
Therefore, please refund me the rest of $158. Thank you for your understanding.

This loss wouldn't be caused by If you describe the damaged condition of the saxophone without disguise.
The reason is that i didn't bid your saxophone if had knew it was broken.
I think my request is as the standard of this market.

I strongly claim the refund of $3658 as I paid you at first, though I don't say that I demand the shipping cost. 訳抜けがありました。大変申し訳ございません。最後から２番目の文ですが、もし少し丁寧にされたい場合「would you refund the~」となります。
さらに丁寧にするには「I would appreciate if you refund me~」ですが、この場合のお取り引きで強気のニュアンスを出されるなら上のどちらかが適切かも知れません。
