delivered or otherwise exported or re-exported to foreign persons or foreign entities without obtaining necessary export licenses or applicable license exemptions, and acknowledges and agrees that it is Customer’s responsibility to pay all taxes and fees,
and to obtain all required export licenses and permits for shipment or transfer of any such Regulated Products. In furtherance thereof,
Customer represents that it has in place an export compliance program, and that it shall exclusively use the following non-foreign, domestic entity to handle the exporting of any Regulated Products (the Customer’s “Exporter”):

輸出に必要な許可もしくは相応の課税控除許可なしに送付された、もしくは輸出された、または外国の法人または個人に再輸出された場合、Customerの責任において必要な税金や費用を支払うことを理解し、受け入れます。
また、Regular Productsなどの移送や出荷を許可したり　輸出許可に必要なものを入手します。
さらにそれから、Customerは輸出に同意するプログラムを準備した状態にあり、外国ではなく国内の法人で輸出を扱う（どんなRegular Productsをも扱う　(The Customerの”輸出業者”））専門のところを使う状態にあること。
